Greetings and welcome to the virtual home of the Sigma Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
My name is Lance Bilbrew and I am a charter member of this esteemed chapter. I now have the honor and privilege of being the second President of a chapter that is second to none. Our chapter is based in Woodstock, Georgia. However, like the fictional character Woodstock, we float around the area as the need arises and spread good cheer in the process. We will continue to be a resource to community wherever we are needed in an effort to make an effective change in the lives of others. This mirrors our fraternity’s motto of “Culture for Service and Service for Humanity”.
Since our illustrious fraternity was founded in the year 1914, it is only fitting that we stand on Psalm 19:14. It reads as follows from the King James Version:
14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
It is our prayer that our words, actions, and heart are acceptable to our communities and promote our mission in an effective manner. As we have been blessed, we seek to pass those blessings on to others while also Empowering Generations of Men to Believe in Advocacy, Community Service, and Engagement.
I invite you to be a regular visitor to our website and to also follow us on social media. If you wish to assist us in any of our community initiatives or if you know of an opportunity where we may lend our support, you may reach out to us via our contact page. Please keep us lifted in prayer as we continue to be a Brotherhood of Conscious Men Actively Serving Our Communities.
GOMAB!
